We accept returns within 60 days of purchase of any equipment undamaged by the purchaser, for any reason. If you receive your equipment and it is damaged upon receipt, contact us immediately.
If you choose to return your equipment, we will refund your money within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving the equipment back to our return address. Your money will be refunded back to your purchase method, for instance if you purchased using a credit card, we will return the money to the same card.
For a return to be valid you must return all of the equipment that you are requesting money back for, including cables, cords, all speakers, and any other items included in the purchase.

As an authorized dealer Sonosplaybar.com does not warranty equipment ourselves, any warranty claims are valid to the extent that they are warrantied by the manufacturer, and must be pursued with the original manufacturer.
